Rates - The apartment is available on daily, weekly and monthly rates as outlined below according to season:
On Season:
May 1st to September 30th
Daily rates: $80 a night for double occupancy
Weekly rates: $500 a week
** Any additional guest will be charged $50 per night

Daily rates: $70 a night for double occupancy

Payment Options - Cash only with money order or certified cheque in advance for reservation.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy - A 50% deposit is required to reserve by sending a cheque or money order in advance. A cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged for ALL cancellations. Cancellations received a minimum of 30 days in advance of reserved bookings will receive a refund (with the exception of the $50.00 cancellation fee). Cancellations received within 29 days of booking will not receive a refund. The outstanding balance is due upon check-in.
Meals - The only meal that can be provided, if booked
with the reservation, is breakfast. This will be an additional cost of $10 per person and will consist of a continental breakfast of coffee or tea, juice, and an assortment of muffins, bagels and toppings.
Since the apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, the option for cooking is provided and there are also a variety of great restaurants in the Shawnigan Lake, Cobble Hill area.
